launching problem WKO4

Hi,

I just purchased the WKO4 training analytics software, downloaded and installed it, al seemed fine, but when I try to launch the program, I get a short blank pop up window for a second or so and then it disappears. I have tried restarting, new install, 3 different laptops and a desktop(2 windows 10, 1 windows 7 and a vista OS) , every time it's the same problem. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to solve this?

Any help would be highly appreciated, (customer support on trainingpeaks hasn't responded to emails)

Hmm, strange problem. I don't have any specific solutions, but considering you've tested it on multiple computers with the same result, there must be some commonality causing the problem. Were all the computers you tested on the same network (eg home)? If so, maybe it's a firewall or router issue, try taking your laptop to a coffee shop/library/etc. If not, then perhaps there's something going on with your account settings or account data.
