Nice DIY hack (bodge?) for mounting a Garmin or other quarter-turn mount device to your aero handlebars from Instagram user reporoutdoor, made from a cut up 8x10 shelf bracket. Just be careful of any sharp edges, definitely smooth it out with a file after cutting!

Instructions from the comments on that photo: "I cut the ends of a 8" x 10" shelf bracket, drilled a couple extra holes for attaching rubber o-rings which hold the Garmin handlebar mount onto 1/2" foam which I cut from a camping sleeping pad. the mount is the attached to the lower stem holes using 30mm M5 bolts and aluminum spacers from aluminumspacers.com. The shelf bracket works good due to it is already 90 degrees and you can easily spread or compress to match the hole spacing of your stem."
