Hi, I just purchased the WKO4 training analytics software, downloaded and installed it, al seemed fine, but when I try to launch the program, I get a short blank pop up window for a second or so and then it disappears. I have tried restarting, new install, 3 different laptops and a desktop(2 windows 10, 1 windows 7 and a vista OS) , every time it's the same problem. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to solve this?
